What is a Sales & Marketing Manager at Tri Hawk?

Our successful Sales & Marketing Manager work with Tri Hawk management to set revenue and customer acquisition targets for the Canadian and US Sales team. They understand that generating new accounts and upselling existing accounts requires building and following a defined sales process where sales team members performance can be measured. The successful candidate also understands that a well-run sales organization requires the disciplined use of a customer relationship management (CRM) system that requires the strict logging of salesperson tasks to measure the attainment of key performance indicators (KPIs).

This candidate also understands the fundamentals of digital marketing, use of key benefit messaging and is able to manage a marketing lead strategy where up to 50% of future qualified leads come from outbound digital campaigns that are built and executed around brand building and value propositions.

• • • You are a seasoned sales professional with a strong marketing understanding.  You are skilled at motivating a diverse sales team in generating leads and winning deals through cold calling, blitzing, research, networking, and driving your territory.
  • • You are tenacious. The market is highly competitive and specialized, so you have to be willing to support your team to help them work the accounts until they succeed in winning the business.
  • • You enjoy building relationships and understand the importance of building a rapport with your team
  • • You are able to set sales strategies for telephone sales as well as in person sales at trade shows
  • • You are able to set clear sales and revenue targets, track results, measure performance and motivate Sales Representatives to excel
  • • You have experience managing social media
  • • You have strong time management skills. To be successful, you must organize and balance your activities appropriately to create results.
  • • You have a “yes” approach to customer service. You must provide that high level of service to all existing, future and past clients and prospects.
  • • You hold yourself to high standards. Our team members exhibit the highest level of professional and presentation standards.
  • • You have computer skills to learn and use digital tools and programs.
  • • You are flexible like us. Our successful Manager knows when and where to be to create business opportunities and understands the importance of attending industry events and networking functions.
