Order, Return, and Customer Policies

We accept payment via check, Mastercard, VISA, Discover.
Orders received by 12:00PM are picked, packed, and shipped the same day if the product is in stock.

Delivery via insured ground service carrier in the continental United States for a flat fee of $10 for orders of up to 3,000 units and in Canada a flat fee of $15 for all orders up to 3,000 units.
Orders larger than stated above will be charged our invoiced shipping plus a $10 handling fee.
Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, the Virgin Islands and all international destinations outside of Canada and the United States are subject to shipping charges based on the area being delivered to.
Next Day Air and Second Day Air are available for an additional charge.

Every effort is made to ensure your complete satisfaction. Each order is picked, packed, and double checked for accuracy.
If any of the products purchased are defective or do not perform satisfactorily, simply call us to arrange for a return authorization within 30 days of receipt.

All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
All returns must be made in the original package, unopened, undamaged, and in re-saleable condition.
All returns past 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns due to faulty product are always accepted. All conditions above apply. Note that this is NOT a “no questions asked” guarantee. While we will happily replace the faulty product we will ask that if you return product because of quality issues that you fill out a survey so that we can better improve our manufacturing and quality control systems. We also ask that you return all of the remaining burs in the lot in question along with one or two pieces that failed so that we can try to duplicate the problem and correct our quality control system or manufacturing process to continue to bring you the best possible burs.
Special Order items are not returnable.
