Order, Return, and Customer Policies

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We accept payment via check, Mastercard, VISA or  Discover.
  • Every effort is made to ensure your complete satisfaction. If any of the products purchased are defective, then simply call us to arrange for a return within 30 days of invoice.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
  • All returns must be made in the original package, unopened & not damaged.
  • Returns due to faulty product are always accepted. All conditions above apply. Note that this is NOT a “no questions asked” guarantee.
  • While we will happily replace the faulty product, we will ask that if you return a product that you complete a questionnaire so that we can better improve our manufacturing and quality control systems. We also request that you return all of the remaining burs in the lot in question along with all broken pieces in order for us to make corrections to our quality control system or manufacturing process to continue to bring you the best possible burs.
  • Special Order items are not returnable.
